Job Description

Job Summary:

The Broker Sales Director is responsible for driving broker sales performance within assigned territories, ensuring alignment with regional and national objectives. This role focuses on strategic broker engagement, team leadership, and execution of sales programs to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement broker sales plans for assigned clusters in line with regional objectives.
  • Execute programs such as Triple A (Accredit, Activate, Accelerate) and Broker Partnership Program to expand broker network and improve productivity.
  • Lead and manage Broker Sales Managers and their respective broker networks.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Buyer Activation Managers for events, activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Set sales targets for clusters and monitor achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption.
  • Optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS) and manage sales fund utilization.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers and community leaders to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Support brokers in deal structuring and negotiation to ensure competitive yet profitable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in broker sales leadership, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of broker engagement strategies, market dynamics, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
