We are looking for a Regional Enterprise Partnerships Associate Director to drive corporate account growth and sales performance across assigned territories. This role is critical in expanding our corporate client base, strengthening key partnerships, and executing high-impact sales programs that contribute to regional revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Account Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage corporate clients within assigned territories
  • Implement segmentation strategies to ensure tailored engagement and growth

Sales Execution & Performance Management

  • Track performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations
  • Optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS) while maintaining deal competitiveness

Relationship Management & Engagement

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate partners
  • Develop incentive programs and exclusive offers to drive repeat business

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with booking principles and company policies
  • Drive consistent CRM adoption and accurate sales reporting

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Support corporate campaigns, events, and partner activations
