Ensures management directions and its goals has been communicated to the teams within the region assigned
Evaluates the performance of the teams within the region
Ensures the prepared plans, details and documents are all well checked and satisfies Regulatory Compliance and SM Standards. These drawings are either for: (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation
Ensures specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints, and all other needed documents for owners approval and/or site implementation are well checked/correct and compliant to SMEDD standards
Conducts/monitors/checks result of site inspections done by the teams within the assigned region
Monitors and ensures the projects within the assigned region are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to SM Standards/ approved design criteria
Responsible for Project Status Monitoring in all the projects within the assigned region
Ensures all projects and branches within the region has proper Project Documentation and Filing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master&aposs Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Professional license is required
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, Design or Project Management
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in retail and commercial projects
