Our client, a leading player in the microfinance industry, is expanding into Southeast Asia and looking for a Regional Credit Supervisor to join their team in San Fernando, Pampanga (onsite).

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Lead and mentor a commercial team

✅ Drive sales strategy and market expansion

✅ Oversee credit performance and ensure policy compliance

✅ Play a key role in building a high-growth operation in a new region

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in sales operations and team leadership
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• English proficiency preferred | Spanish a plus
