  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead commercial & cross-functional teams to drive organizational success.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Commercial Head should have:

  • A strong background in the FMCG industry, in commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in strategy development and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and business insight.
  • Background working in the Philippines & handling multiple countries is preferred.
  • Proven track record developing high performing teams & succession planning
