- Excellent structured thinking: can break down a big, vague question into a clear answer.
- Strong in financial modeling, market sizing, and storytelling with slides.
- Top academic record or a competitive program (e.g., Management Associate) is a plus.
- Comfortable working across countries and cultures; regional exposure is a plus.
