Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Business Development Specialist at Lufthansa Technik Philippines, Inc. This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth within the Product Sales Region by leading sales promotion, marketing strategies, and market intelligence efforts. With a focus on supporting business development, strategic initiatives, and budgeting processes, the role ensures seamless alignment with corporate objectives. By analyzing market trends, coordinating impactful marketing activities, and optimizing regional operations, it contributes to strengthening the market position and achieving sales excellence.

Business Development Support:

• Assist with business development projects and the Product Sales Region.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning.
• Provide assistance in budgeting processes.

Sales and Marketing Oversight:

• Oversee sales promotion and marketing activities within the Product Sales Region.
• Align closely with Corporate Sales to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Market Analysis:

• Analyze customer and competitor intelligence through market research.
• Identify trends and develop strategies to enhance LHT's market position.

Budgeting and Sales Targets:

• Support sales target setting and budgeting processes.
• Monitor progress to ensure effective target alignment and achievement.

Strategic Project Support:

• Contribute to business development, product development, and other strategic initiatives in the region.

Marketing Coordination:

• Develop and manage marketing materials in collaboration with Corporate Communications.

Operational Support:

• Provide general support to the VP of Marketing & Sales to ensure efficient regional sales operations.
• Assist in identifying and developing region-specific processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
