The ideal candidate will identify, educate, and convert aspirational individuals (teachers, cafe owners, small investors) into 51Talk Third Party Center Partners. You are responsible for launching 2 or more successful centers per month in your assigned territory, ensuring they meet our strict quality and internet standards.
Responsibilities:
1. The Hunt (Prospecting & Lead Generation)
- Scout potential locations in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to identify Internet Stable zones.
- Conduct local Business Opportunity seminars to attract potential Center Owners.
- Network with local internet service providers (ISPs) and computer hardware suppliers to find leads.
2. The Pitch (Financial Consulting)
- Overcome Risk Aversion: act as a business consultant to explain the ROI (Return on Investment) to investors.
- Conduct on-site audits: Test internet speed, noise levels, and ventilation before signing the deal.
3. The Launch (Project Management)
- Guide the new Partner for 30-60 days between signing and opening.
- Ensure the center opens on time to meet the monthly launch targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or Franchise Acquisition i.e. comfortable selling intangibles and future earnings.
- Willing to travel 80% of the time to far-flung areas.
- Financial literacy, effectively show partner when they will achieve breakeven
- Tech and AI literate
- Sensitive to data
- Must speak the local dialect of your assigned region (e.g., Ilocano, Bisaya) fluently
- Self-motivated, passionate about sales and goal-oriented
