Position: Regional Banking Head

Location: Visayas / Mindanao

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional business development and sales strategies.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, investments, and other banking products.
• Manage and support Area Heads and Branch Leaders to achieve business objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance, profitability, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, talent development, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within retail, consumer, commercial, or branch banking.
• Proven track record in sales management, business development, and regional operations.
• Strong understanding of banking products, risk management, and branch governance.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple branches, territories, or business units.
• Excellent stakeholder management, people leadership, and strategic planning skills.
