The B2B Account Specialist will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing relationships with business clients. This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets, expand the client base, and enhance the company's brand presence in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and onboard new clients.
2) Account Strategy - Develop and execute account management plans tailored to client needs and goals.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
3) Collaboration - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
Provide regular updates on client activity, sales forecasts, and market insights.
4) Customer Support - Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor client accounts to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to agreements.
5) Reporting and Analysis - Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue performance.
Prepare regular client performance reviews and suggest actionable insights.
Qualifications:
1) Experience - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or B2B client servicing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2) Skills and Competencies - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM toolsMicrosoft Office Suite.
3) Other Requirements - Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, as necessary
