Key Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Commercial Growth
- Lead the development and execution of a commercial strategy that delivers sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kerry's strategic platforms.
- Build deep insights into customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends to shape commercially actionable plans.
Own Key Customer Relationships
- Manage and grow strategic accounts by ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunitiesstrengthening the pipeline across existing and new customers.
Lead CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, RD&A, and Operations to co-create differentiated solutions tailored to customer challenges.
- Ensure seamless project execution by owning and managing the commercial pipeline and driving alignment across business units.
Accelerate Business Expansion
- Develop proactive commercial campaigns that create value and unlock growth with priority customers.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to influence broader business decisions and category growth plans.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience 1015 years in Senior Account Management or Commercial Leadership roles, ideally within the food, beverage, or ingredients sector.
- Strategic Mindset Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make highimpact decisions independently.
- Relationship Leadership Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field (advanced degree an advantage).
- Technical skills and experience is need for this role.
- CrossFunctional Strength Proven success working with multifunctional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
- Market Expertise Deep understanding of the Philippines taste and flavor market; nutrition-focused experience is an advantage
- Passion for F&B Genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage innovation, translated into compelling customer engagement.
