Job Summary:

The Refund Processing Administrator is responsible for validating and processing all refund requests to ensure they comply with company policies and that the end consumer receives accurate refunds. This role ensures refunds are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with pricing, warranty, and return policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate all refund tickets submitted via the CRM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing, return, and warranty policies.
  • Process refunds accurately and timely so that end consumers receive the correct amount.
  • Collaborate with finance, customer service, and dealer support teams to resolve discrepancies or unclear requests.
  • Track refund requests and maintain accurate documentation in ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems.
  • Monitor and report refund metrics, including processing time, accuracy, and recurring issues.
  • Escalate invalid, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent refund requests to management.
  • Identify patterns or trends in refund requests and recommend improvements to reduce errors and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 13 years of experience in refund processing, finance operations, ecommerce support, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple refund requests while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or ecommerce order management systems.
  • Familiarity with pricing, credit, and refund policies in a retail or consumer electronics environment.
  • Ability to identify trends in refund requests and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience with AWS-based or cloud-based tools is a plus.
