Refrigeration Technician

Travel to customer sites to diagnose mechanical and electrical on specialized equipment.

Perform precision repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments efficiently to restore client operations.

Respond promptly to urgent service calls dispatched by the Service Coordinator to minimize client downtime.

Install, set up, and test new equipment or systems at customer facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety calibrations according to service contract agreements.

Conduct basic operational and safety training for customers on-site staff following new equipment installations.

Complete accurate service reports, logging work hours, parts used, travel time, and client sign-offs immediately upon job completion.

Provide clear technical feedback to the engineering or production teams regarding recurring product issues or potential design flaws observed in the field.

Represent the company professionally, keeping clients clearly informed about repair timelines, costs, and necessary next steps.

Adhere strictly to both company safety regulations and specific client site safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and appropriate PPE usage.
