We are looking for a Refrigeration Supervisor who will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our refrigeration and utility systems. This position is ideal for an engineering professional with strong technical expertise in refrigeration systems and utility operations within a food manufacturing environment.
- Lead the operation, maintenance, and optimization of refrigeration, ventilation, and utility systems.
- .Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Oversee utilities operations, including electrical, boiler, wastewater treatment, and compressed air systems.
- Manage CAPEX projects, engineering improvements, and sustainability initiatives focused on resource optimization.
- Monitor utility performance, review operational logs, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage third-party contractors and support engineering reports, plant initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through audits, corrective actions, and operational leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related Engineering discipline, with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Food Manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in refrigeration system operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of process equipment, ventilation systems, electrical power systems, steam systems, compressed air systems, water systems, and rotating equipment maintenance.
- Experience in utilities management, preventive maintenance, and engineering project implementation.
- Background in sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must be willing to report onsite in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
