Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and airconditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper operation and cooling efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain airconditioning and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, and coils.
- Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Prepare service reports and communicate issues to supervisors or clients.
Qualifications:
- TESDA NCII holder in Refrigeration and Airconditioning (preferred).
- Experience in HVAC installation and repair is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Willingness to travel for onsite repairs or installations.
