About the Role: Work on-site role as a Referral Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our teacher-to-teacher referral initiative. This role will encourage current educators on our platform to refer qualified teachers, helping expand our teaching community and strengthen our recruitment pipeline. at least 5 years related working experience. combine expertise in recruitment marketing, community engagement, and data-driven program management to build a sustainable and motivating referral ecosystem for educators. Direct manage 2-3 people.

Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee the teacher referral program framework, including policies, incentive models, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Partner with Recruitment Operations, Teacher Operations and Marketing teams to align the referral program with organizational recruitment goals.
  • Define and manage the referral rewards system (bonus payments, recognition programs, non-monetary incentives).
  • Ensure compliance with employment, data privacy, and ethical standards in all referral processes.

Teacher Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with existing teachers and develop initiatives that inspire referral participation.
  • Organize webinars, surveys, and communications to gather insights and improve program effectiveness.
  • Recognize and celebrate successful referrers through newsletters, community posts, or virtual appreciation events.

Marketing & Communications

  • Create marketing campaigns to promote the program among current educators on the platform.
  • Develop email newsletters, social media posts, and in-app messaging to increase awareness and participation.
  • Collaborate with content teams to showcase referral success stories and ambassador testimonials.

Recruitment & Operations Coordination

  • Work closely with teacher recruitment teams to ensure referral candidates meet hiring requirements.
  • Manage the flow of referral leads through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track referral progress and coordinate timely communication between referrers and recruiters.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports that monitor referral volume, conversions, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze program outcomes and present monthly performance updates to the HR leadership team.
  • Use data insights to refine incentive structures and improve program ROI.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Benchmark industry referral programs and introduce new engagement strategies (gamification, recognition tiers).
  • Collaborate with product teams to embed referral functionalities directly into the teacher platform.
  • Maintain adaptability and creativity in evolving the program to suit teacher motivations and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, HR programs, or educator engagement.
  • Proven ability to design and execute referral or incentive-based programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and measure program outcomes.
  • Experience working within education, edtech, or talent marketplaces preferred.
