We are looking for a smart, proactive and reliable Reddit / X Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines.
The Role
Your role will focus on helping grow creator accounts through:
- Reddit marketing and engagement
- X (Twitter) growth strategies
- Community engagement
- Outreach and traffic generation
- Content scheduling and account management
You will work closely with our management and marketing team to help push consistent growth across multiple creator accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Reddit accounts safely and organically
- Post and schedule content across Reddit and X
- Research trending subreddits, hashtags and viral content styles
- Engage with users and communities professionally
- Help drive traffic and conversions to creator pages
- Track account performance and report results
- Follow platform safety guidelines to avoid bans/restrictions
- Work with internal outreach and chatting teams
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Reddit and X/Twitter
- Experience growing social media accounts
- Good written English and communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and hit targets
- Understanding of viral content and online culture
- Experience with creator marketing or OnlyFans marketing is a bonus
- Experience with VPNs, proxies or account management tools is a bonus
