Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Early Career Training: Deliver Early Career core training curriculum in the Manila center leveraging global standards, content and best practice guidelines including partnering with regional iRPO team on recruitment activities, program facilitation and speaker selection. Responsible for any placement, mentorship of program participants, cohort assignment management and post-graduate management needed including career progression monitoring and recommendations.

Key Account Induction & Onboarding: Responsible for coordination, facilitation, planning, and delivery of Key Account Induction and new hire onboarding activities in the Manila center in line with global guidelines. Actively partner with the business and participate in relevant meetings and discussions in preparation for key account launches, preparation and planning activities in accordance with our global account induction training best practices. Work with hiring managers to build and maintain effective and ongoing relationships to deliver on current and future onboarding needs. Leverage OneKF Onboarding standards, materials, surveys, iAcademy and additional local onboarding tools

Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand key learning needs, stay appraised of business activities including large hiring initiatives, account continuous improvement needs. Provide regular updates on key Talent Development initiatives to core business units –cascade information out to the and share feedback back to the global Talent Development team

Training Calendar: Create, maintain, and deliver on a training calendar of activities including scheduling, coordination, and logistics administration of all activities in coordination with key regional facilities contacts and in accordance with global Talent Development & iAcademy calendar and key activities

Training Content: Partner with KF Talent Development team to regularly review and refresh training materials and content with a constant lens on keeping content fresh, relevant to current and future business needs, tools, technologies and branding.

Ensure all material is kept up to date and in line with latest guidelines for KF Branding standards. Leverage iAcademy whenever possible – update and maintain and ensure participation in the region

Best Practices & Operations:

Follow our training program best practices including participant selection process, communication & social media guidelines, and feedback process.

Collect and analyze feedback on training programs from participants and key stakeholders and adjust accordingly to enhance impact consistent with global best practices

Consistently build and maintain a suite of SMEs, facilitators, and guest speakers to ensure preparation of content and consistent delivery of training sessions globally – prepare them in advance of scheduled training sessions

Provide monthly activity input to global Talent Development reporting and tracker

Stay apprised of current best practices, innovative solutions, current trends to inform and keep training programs and content up to date and relevant.

Collaborate and share best practices, tools, information with team

Maintain and share resources to support training delivery (iAcademy, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook, shared drives, PPT, Excel, Access)

Participate on and provide support to broader Talent Development projects and key initiatives as needed

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

3+ yrs training and instructional design including methodologies, processes, and best practices

3+ yrs developing, creating, and delivering training

5+ yrs experience in the Talent Acquisition or professional services industry

Excellent Presentation/Facilitation Skills

Highly-collaborative and client-service oriented • Self-directed with strong organizational/multi-tasking

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Sense of humor

Innovative and creative

Highly agile and flexible

Highly organized, self-disciplined, and detailed-oriented

Proficiency with LMS and combined training delivery methods essential
