Job Description
The Recruitment Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous development of the recruitment teams. The role is responsible for building recruiter readiness, reinforcing process adherence, improving quality and performance, and supporting the overall effectiveness of recruitment operations.
The position will support training and development initiatives across CNA, LPN, Recruitment Liaison, and future recruitment functions as business requirements evolve. The role partners closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders to identify capability gaps, deliver effective learning interventions, and ensure recruiters are equipped with the knowledge, skills, tools, and behaviors needed to meet business and hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate structured training programs for recruitment teams based on business requirements, recruitment processes, and defined performance expectations.
- Conduct onboarding and skills training for new recruiters to ensure readiness before deployment to recruitment operations.
- Facilitate training for CNA, LPN, Recruitment Liaison, and other recruitment functionsas required by the business.
- Provide coaching and support during nesting to help newly trained recruiters transition successfully into full recruitment responsibilities and meet established performance targets.
- Monitor trainee progress, assess learning effectiveness, and provide timely feedback and coaching to address knowledge or performance gaps.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Ensure training content, processes, and materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with current recruitment practices and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, presentations, exercises, assessments, and other learning collateral.
- Facilitate refresher, continuous education, and upskilling sessions for existing recruiters based on performance trends, process changes, new requirements, or identified capability gaps.
- Continuously improve training methodologies and facilitation approaches based on trainee feedback, assessment results, operational performance, and business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessment results, trainee progress, and other learning-related trackers and reports.
- Utilize learning management systems and available company technologies to support training delivery, documentation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with recruitment leaders and stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support hiring targets, quality standards, productivity, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Identify recurring process or performance issues and recommend appropriate training or coaching interventions.
- Support the development and implementation of standardized training practices to ensure consistency across recruitment functions.
- Perform other training, coaching, and recruitment capability development activities as assigned.
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for training quality, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- College graduate of any course or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- BS Nursing, healthcare-related, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related degree is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in training facilitation, learning and development, recruitment training, or a related function.
- Experience in BPO, healthcare, staffing, or recruitment operations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition practices is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Passion for learning, teaching, coaching, and developing people.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience creating training content, learning materials, assessments, and other training collateral.
- Experience creating and maintaining training trackers, reports, and performance documentation.
- Experience using or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple training requirements and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training results, identify learning gaps, and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Ability to use company resources and technology efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Certified Professional in Training Management or other relevant training/L&D certification is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours based on business and training requirements.
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision and adapt to changing business requirements.
