Location: Remote - WFH

Client Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 9am -5pm AEST

Region: Sydney, Australia

Monthly Salary: 80k-95k php Quarterly Bonus + Paid Leave Allowance + Paid Aus Public Holidays + Career Progression

Remotee is launching a new exciting brand, called Recruit Sync. Recruit Sync is an offshore recruitment staffing business built specifically for Australian recruitment agencies. In partnership with Hume Scope, Australia's leading recruitment training platform, Recruit Sync sources, trains, and places top-tier recruitment professionals from the Philippines into agencies across Australia. Unlike generic BPO providers, every Recruit Sync placement arrives pre-certified in recruitment workflows, systems, and delivery standards

The Role

This is a rare and exciting role for an experienced recruitment professional based in the Philippines who wants to do more than source, you will be at the center of a fast-growing business, working directly with 3 founders, and building something genuinely impactful.

You will lead talent acquisition efforts for recruitment-specific roles across the Philippines, placing talented professionals into Australian recruitment agencies. You will also play a key role in onboarding and deploying Hume Scope training to the staff you place, monitoring their progress and helping them succeed.

As the business scales, this role has strong potential to grow into a broader leadership position with responsibility for larger teams and operational involvement in how Recruit Sync is structured and run.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years recruitment experience, hiring for clients across Australia, the UK, and/or the US.
  • 2+ years client management experience across Australia, the UK, and/or the US, including activities such as calibration calls, onboarding, client updates, and ongoing stakeholder management
  • 2+ years experience managing a team of recruiters, resourcers, or recruitment support staff
  • 1+ years Experience deploying, administering, or supporting recruitment training programs, onboarding frameworks, or performance ramp-up plans.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting within the recruitment industry itself, including placing recruiters, resourcers, coordinators, talent acquisition staff, or recruitment support professionals into agencies.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other talent sourcing channels.
  • Confident using ATS, CRM, recruitment databases, and other recruitment technology platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple live roles, competing priorities, and fast-moving recruitment activity in a KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Source, headhunt, screen, and build talent pools of recruitment professionals across the Philippines, including coordinators, resourcers, consultants, and support staff.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidates from first contact through to interview, offer, and start date, assessing agency fit, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced client environments.
  • Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to Recruit Sync founders and client agencies, including summaries, salary expectations, availability, and suitability notes.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Maintain a ready-to-deploy pipeline of quality recruitment talent and build strong candidate relationships for future placements and referrals.
  • Onboarding & Training Coordination: Coordinate the Hume Scope training program, track completion, support assessments, and align training with client and role requirements.
  • Operational Support & Business Growth: Work closely with the three co-founders to improve sourcing, candidate quality, workflows, onboarding, and delivery standards as the business scales.
