Your Role And Responsibilities
The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for managing non-exempt employees and improving the production and efficiency of the recruitment support team. They will review and develop process guides, be involved in day-to-day tasks and operations and be a first level of support for all escalations. The Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining multiple spreadsheets and databases, providing customized analysis and reporting of the data, and acting as a liaison between the customers and suppliers of information. This is a fast paced, metrics-managed environment. Success will be measured by the overall performance of the team against specified metrics.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Gain a fundamental understanding of each assigned position within the Coordination Group
- Operate as a liaison between management and the Coordination team
- Serve as an escalation point for the recruitment support team project coordinator
- Oversee daily team activity and ensure all objectives are achieved
- Record daily team performance results and generate production data reports
- Interpret data and identify trends
- Improve the report structure and/or model new reports
- Improve upon current documentation standards and quality control
- Coach performance, mentor and develop recruitment support team members, including creating goals and using disciplinary action as needed
- Work on Ad-hoc projects
- Manage workload distribution
- Carry an individual contributor workload at times
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Present to leadership and clients
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
- At least 6+ years experience in local recruitment and/or RPO setting
- At least 6+ years experience leading/managing team of recruitment professionals
- At least 6+ years experience with computers, with working proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications
- At least 6+ years experience with data manipulation for reporting purposes
- At least 6+ years experience with documentation or technical writing
- Fluency in English
