The Role
We're seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to lead and develop a team of high-performing recruiters while driving hiring success across multiple client accounts. This role is designed for a results-oriented recruitment leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
You'll play a key role in overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with recruitment standards, analyzing hiring performance metrics, and partnering with internal stakeholders and clients to achieve hiring goals.
Location: Must be in the Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippine and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership, team lead, or supervisory role. Experience managing recruitment operations in a multi-client environment is preferred.
- Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment reporting and analytics, performance management, talent market research, stakeholder management, Microsoft 365 proficiency, process improvement, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Characteristics: Results-driven, highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, accountable, proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold recruiters accountable for individual and team hiring targets while driving performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with recruitment processes, ATS usage, and hiring best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Partner with sales, leadership, and hiring managers to evaluate compensation competitiveness, talent availability, and hiring market trends.
- Assign job requisitions, review job descriptions, support recruiter calibration, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, candidate processing times, and hiring manager responsiveness while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct hiring manager calibrations and internal assessment reviews to ensure fair, consistent, and high-quality candidate evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, reporting, and strategic hiring recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching industry trends, implementing best practices, and introducing new ideas to enhance recruitment performance.
- Collaborate closely with global recruitment leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all hiring initiatives.
