- Screen, source, and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles (especially for Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech-adjacent positions)
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse or Workday)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g., DOLE guidelines)
- Support onboarding coordination and new hire documentation
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn engagement, campus outreach)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of recruitment or HR operations experience preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting
