Job Description

The Recruitment Support Specialist (RSS) will be responsible for supporting our recruitment department by communicating with lead inquiries, initiating the recruitment process with prospective candidates, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. The team members will support the core values of the company while ensuring we are meeting the needs of our Recruitment Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics outlined by manager to ensure goals and expectations are met, including but not limited to, speed to contact on new lead inquiries and virtual chat, setting appointments, contact strategy, follow up communication, and documentation
  • Respond to and engage incoming lead inquiries and chats as soon as possible and within the timeframe set forth by manager
  • Communicate with prospective candidates via phone, text, and email to progress qualified candidates further in the recruitment cycle including but not limited to, qualifying candidates, determining their level of interest, highlighting the company features and benefits, initiating the next steps in the process, scheduling appointments; requires both outbound and inbound communication
  • Work with multiple CRMs, systems, and software programs on a daily basis
  • Follow a standardized training program and process guide
  • Seek feedback and implement coaching to improve quality of work and interactions with candidates and to improve performance outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and individual meetings with the manager to focus on professional goals, resources and tools, and creating a plan to be successful and reach role expectations and milestones
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent required
  • Experience in a call center environment required
  • Sales, recruitment, staffing, and/or customer service experience required • High level of written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS office experience, including strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to navigate third party software and work in multiple systems, technology platforms, and CRMs as needed
  • Self-motivated and strong team player
  • Able to make decisions at times with limited information
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Upbeat, personable, and friendly
  • Ability to work with others both internal and external customers
  • Ability to work closely with all Recruitment personnel
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple distractions

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone and shifting schedules
