Job Description

We are seeking our next Recruitment Supervisor to support a US-based staffing and recruitment client. This role is responsible for overseeing a small recruitment team based in the Philippines, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and driving hiring performance against service level agreements and recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Monitor daily recruitment operations, including workload distribution, pipeline management, interview activity, candidate submissions, and hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with US-based stakeholders and hiring teams through regular business reviews, operational discussions, and hiring strategy sessions.
  • Partner with recruiters to identify hiring challenges, sourcing gaps, and bottlenecks, and develop practical solutions to improve results.
  • Track recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, interview-to-offer ratios, starts, recruiter productivity, and job coverage.
  • Utilize recruitment data and market insights to provide recommendations and support hiring decisions.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to improve recruiter effectiveness and accountability.
  • Escalate operational risks, hiring delays, and stakeholder concerns while driving resolution and maintaining service excellence.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in RPO, staffing, executive search, BPO, shared services, EOR, or agency recruitment environments.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or coordinating recruitment teams. Formal people management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting US-based clients, global stakeholders, or international hiring programs.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and conducting business discussions with hiring managers, recruitment leaders, or clients.
  • Strong recruitment analytics capability with experience interpreting recruitment metrics and identifying trends or operational gaps.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting.
  • Amenable to Hybrid work-setup (3 days onsite/week) - MAKATI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting staffing, recruitment outsourcing (RPO), or Employer of Record (EOR) clients.
  • Experience working with US shifts or partnering directly with US-based stakeholders.
  • Experience hiring professional, corporate, technical, or high-volume recruitment programs.
