Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course.
  • Training or certification in talent acquisition or HR management is an advantage.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 13 years of experience in talent acquisition/ recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals and MS Office applications.
  • Exposure to coordination with hiring managers, external recruitment agencies or vendors is preferred.
