Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant
Experience: At least 1 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 4 hours of relevant training
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

SALARY RANGE: PHP21,800-29,500
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process that includes but is not limited to job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinates with the Requisitioning Unit to to identify staffing requirements, qualifications, and manpower needs.
- Sources qualified candidates through various recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking channels..
- Maintains, updates, and monitors the applicant database and talent pool to ensure organized and accurate recruitment records.
- Schedules interviews and communicate with applicants in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinates with the partner manpower agency regarding concerns and requirements involving agency-based or outsourced applicants and employees.
