Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.
- Make the necessary documents for recruitment.
- Build up relations with schools and partners
- Crafting and updating job descriptions.
- Writing recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.
- Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
- Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Communicates and works effectively in English (oral and written form).
- Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules.
- Outgoing with a pleasing personality.
- Well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suite.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
- At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage.
- Full-time position available.
