Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting methods and tools, HRIS, and talent management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in campus recruitment and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
