Recruitment Specialist (Volume Hiring) | Iloilo | Urgent Hiring

The Recruitment Specialist ensures timely completion of required headcount and provides regular updates on recruitment progress; this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. They also focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations

• Handle recruitment accounts and manage the end-to-end hiring process from Interviews to Onboarding
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
• Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirement
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of the required headcount
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Compliance of Admin Deliverables

• Oversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, onboarding materials, pre-employment requirements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment preferably has an Account Management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in recruitment software and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferably recruiter for Customer Service Representative
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandurriao, Iloilo
• Must be willing to start ASAP
