Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial face-to-face interviews to assess communication skills, technical aptitude, and culture fit.
  • Administer and monitor pre-employment tests (e.g., Versant, SVAR, or typing tests).
  • Coordinate with Operations Managers to understand specific account requirements and calibrate hiring profiles.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide daily updates on recruitment metrics (show-up rates, pass rates, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred (ideally within the BPO or RPO industry), but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills (essential for assessing candidates).
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data tracking).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities and tight hiring deadlines.
