We connect Hong Kong employers with verified helpers through our platform and support the hiring process from candidate selection through to onboarding. We are growing our recruitment operations in the Philippines and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who understands the domestic helper market and can build a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to manage the candidate side of our recruitment process.

Your main responsibility will be to find suitable domestic helper candidates, screen and interview them, prepare them for employers, and support them until they successfully get hired.

This is a hands-on recruitment role. You will be speaking with candidates every day, understanding their experience and preferences, checking their suitability, helping them improve their profiles, preparing them for interviews, and matching them with suitable Hong Kong families.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract domestic helper candidates across the Philippines through different recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates based on their experience, skills, availability, and suitability for Hong Kong families.
• Conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidates before presenting them to employers.
• Verify and organize candidate information and documents.
• Help candidates create strong and accurate profiles on the SeekHelpers platform.
• Understand each candidate's previous overseas/domestic work experience, including childcare, elderly care, cooking, housekeeping, newborn care, and other relevant skills.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with Hong Kong employers and help them understand what employers are looking for.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and keep them engaged.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hong Kong employers.
• Help candidates understand the next steps after receiving an offer and support them through the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in the company system.
• Work closely with the Hong Kong recruitment and operations team to successfully place candidates.
• Continuously improve candidate sourcing, screening, training, and placement processes.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who already has experience in recruitment, staffing, or domestic helper placement in the Philippines.

Experience specifically recruiting Filipino domestic helpers for overseas employment, particularly for Hong Kong, is highly preferred.

You should be:

• Experienced in sourcing and recruiting candidates.
• Comfortable speaking with and interviewing candidates by phone and video.
• Good at identifying reliable and suitable candidates rather than simply collecting applications.
• Able to understand a candidate's experience and match it with an employer's requirements.
• Strong in communication, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Comfortable training and preparing candidates for employer interviews.
• Organized and able to manage many candidates at different stages of recruitment.
• Familiar with the Philippines domestic helper / overseas recruitment environment.
• Familiar with Hong Kong domestic helper recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using online recruitment platforms, WhatsApp, CRM/ATS systems, and other digital tools.

Experience

2+ years of recruitment experience is preferred, particularly in:

• Domestic helper recruitment
• Overseas worker recruitment
• Staffing agencies
• Manpower recruitment
• Caregiver recruitment
• Household staffing
• HR/recruitment

Candidates with a strong network of domestic helper candidates or experience working with recruitment agencies in the Philippines will be highly valued.
