Job Description
Were looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 23 years of experience in a corporate or BPO setting to handle end-to-end recruitmentfrom sourcing to onboardingand assist with employee offboarding. This is a full-time, day shift, onsite role based in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of client and internal requirements
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Support offboarding by assisting with clearance and exit documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
23 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or BPO environment
Strong communication, comprehension, coordination, and organizational skills
Familiar with both recruitment and offboarding processes
Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
