Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection
Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Act as a strategic advisor to ensure hiring decisions align with business goals.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
Identify opportunities for improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting (e.g., Network, Engineering)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
