RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the hiring process and ensuring the organization attracts and selects qualified candidates. Typical responsibilities include:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks as required.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms when appropriate, and communicate hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company hiring policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns to promote the organization.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- With experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiar with job posting platforms and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Can handle volume hiring
