Job Summary
Responsible for preparing job offers, supporting new hire onboarding, and handling recruitment administrative tasks. This role focuses on ensuring new hires complete all requirements and are ready for Day 1. No sourcing or requisition management is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send job offer letters
- Track offer acceptance and follow up with candidates
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires
- Send and monitor pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate background checks and medical clearances
- Ensure new hires are ready before start date
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and records
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, IT, and recruiters as needed
- Provide updates and support to candidates after offer stage
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, recruitment support, or HR/admin work
- Experience handling high-volume onboarding in a BPO or similar environment is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can handle confidential information properly
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in BPO or call center hiring
- Familiar with pre-employment requirements
