As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in selecting qualified candidates from the pool of applicants. Helping candidates get hired for Agent positions and, later on, for various roles opened for us by existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring partners. You will collaborate with the sourcing and recruitment team to fulfill talent needs and contribute to the growth and success of the company. You will also have to learn how to source your candidates through various platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Screening and Selection
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct interviews face to face to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring partners by ensuring candidates get shuttled to the site the same day or scheduling candidates and ensuring they attend their scheduled interview.
Provide candidates with information about the company, offer, role, and interview process.
3. Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Answer candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.
Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve the overall recruitment process.
4. Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing and Recruitment team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
Amenable Work Onsite Set up (Baliuag)
Preferably with a background in Outbound Sales
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
