Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Binangonan. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role will also include collaboration with teams to understand staffing requirements and assist in training programs for new hires. Additional responsibilities may involve maintaining recruitment records, enhancing hiring strategies, and contributing to the company's talent acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates
• Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with Training and employee onboarding processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
