  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting through various channels, exceptional communication skills, adept in employee relations, process and people management, and proficiency in social recruitment strategies.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute recruiting plans, network through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific job openings.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for recruitment events and college visits. May require working outside of traditional office hours during peak recruitment cycles.
