Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The Recruitment Specialist helps maintain talent pipelines, updates recruitment records, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs. The role may also support training coordination for new hires and assist in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, using structured and fair evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Experience in training coordination or support for onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic HR procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
