About the Role
We are looking for a high-energyRecruiterto join our internal team. In this role, you won't just be filling seatsyou will be a key player in building our technical workforce forUS Federal Government projects.
You will handle the entire recruitment process, from the first Hello to the candidate's first day. We need someone who is tech-savvy, great at talking to people, and understands the unique rules of hiring for US government contracts.
What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage everything from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Technical Sourcing:Find top-tier talent for technical roles likeCybersecurity, Software Development, and Engineering.
- Federal Compliance:Ensure all candidates meet the specific requirements needed for US Federal Government projects.
- Candidate Engagement:Be the face of the company. You should be comfortable and confident talking to candidates of all levels, making sure they have a great experience.
- System Management:Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up to date.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience:At least 23 years of experience inUS Recruitment.
- Niche Knowledge:Proven experience hiring forUS Federal Governmentcontracts (understanding government terminology and requirements is a must).
- Great Communicator:Excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must be confident in selling the role and entertaining candidate questions.
- Tech-Savvy:Familiarity with any ATS and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Shift Flexibility:Must be comfortable working theGraveyard Shiftto align with US business hours.
- Proactive Attitude:Someone who doesn't wait for applications to come in but goes out and finds the best talent.
