Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Interviewing & Assessment
- Conduct high-volume, behavior-based, and competency-based interviews for CSR roles
- Objectively assess candidates based on established criteria, scorecards, and client requirements
- Clearly communicate the next steps, timelines, and necessary requirements to candidates
2. Recruitment Operations & Administration
- Manage and maintain applicant data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate disposition and reporting
- Coordinate interview schedules (virtual and onsite) for self and other recruiters, effectively managing calendars and candidate flow
- Track and report on daily and weekly recruitment metrics (e.g., acceptance rate, retention rate, and interviewer conversion rates)
3. Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Liaise closely with Sourcing, Training, and Operations teams to forecast demand, align on candidate quality, and manage class launch numbers
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the speed and quality of the recruitment lifecycle
What we are looking for:

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Education: College grad, preferably Psychology, Business Administration, IT grads
- Experience: Proven experience in a BPO environment (preferably in interviewing, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- Communication: Excellent oral and written English communication skills; ability to engage candidates and articulate complex information clearly
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and capacity to support onsite work
- Aptitude: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- CRM/Data Management: Preferably advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- BPO Knowledge: Deep understanding of key BPO metrics (e.g., attrition, time-to-hire, quality scores)
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage a high-volume interview schedule while maintaining attention to detail.
