What You Will Be Doing

• End-to-End Sourcing: Find candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet), social media, and Boolean search strings.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for applicants, ensuring a professional and positive experience from application to onboarding.
• Database Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up-to-date.
• Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and the preparation of employment contracts.
  
  

We are looking for:

• Education: Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business-related course.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Australian Full-Cycle Recruitment (BPO, Corporate, or Agency background).
• Skills: * Expert at navigating Job Portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong gut feel for candidate quality and reliability.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BreezyHR, Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit).
• Mindset: Highly organized, resilient, and capable of meeting aggressive hiring targets.
