Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and niche job boards.
  • Full-Cycle Support: Manage the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from conducting intake sessions with hiring managers to performing initial phone screens and technical assessments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific team needs, culture fit, and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: less than 1 year experience in Recruitment or Sourcing.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to sell the company's vision to high-level prospects.
  • Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set Up with Onsite Training
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM
