Full-Cycle Support: Manage the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from conducting intake sessions with hiring managers to performing initial phone screens and technical assessments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific team needs, culture fit, and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: less than 1 year experience in Recruitment or Sourcing.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to sell the company's vision to high-level prospects.
Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
