Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver top talent that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and suggest process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency setting).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
