Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Cebu. This is a dual-impact role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both high-volume staffing needs and specialized niche positions.

As the primary bridge between candidates and our leadership team, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager, ensuring a seamless white-glove experience from the first point of contact to the candidate's first day on the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Operations: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and offer management.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various channels (social media, job portals, local networks) to build a robust pipeline for both volume hiring (entry-level/operations) and niche roles (specialized/technical).
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring progress and candidate quality.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the endorsement process meticulously, ensuring candidates are supported from the initial interview stage through to successful onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the Cebu talent landscape, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to both volume and niche/headhunting environments.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Cebu labor market and established local networks.
  • Account Management Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high levels of professional communication.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot between different hiring profiles quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
