Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can go beyond filling roles and start thinking like a business partner. This role will primarily handle end-to-end hiring while supporting HR Business Partner initiatives such as workforce planning, stakeholder management, and basic employee relations. This is ideal for someone with solid recruitment experience who wants to grow into a more strategic HR role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer management)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
2. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers for recruitment needs
- Provide market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations
- Manage expectations on timelines, candidate quality, and hiring challenges
3. HR Business Partner Support
- Support workforce planning and headcount tracking
- Assist in performance management cycles (calibration, documentation, follow-ups)
- Provide basic guidance on HR policies and processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in handling minor employee relations concerns (with guidance)
4. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify gaps in recruitment and HR processes and propose improvements
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Exposure to HRBP functions (e.g., stakeholder management, ER support, workforce planning)
- Experience hiring for operations, customer service, or similar roles is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
