Recruitment Specialist

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of US Healthcare Recruitment experience to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring teams to support recruitment needs

Requirements:

• 1+ year of US Healthcare Recruitment experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment is preferred
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
• Willing to work on a US shift/night shift
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, transitioning to hybrid (3x onsite) after 6 months
