Sourcing Candidates: Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting Interviews: Conducting phone screens, in-person interviews, and potentially assessments to evaluate candidates skills and experience.
Managing the Hiring Process: Coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Building Candidate Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and fostering a strong candidate experience.
Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role.
Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies: Contributing to the overall recruitment strategy of the company.
Tracking and Reporting on Key Metrics: Monitoring key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire to improve the recruitment process.
Onboarding : Conduct new employee orientation. Preparation of Contracts and 201 files.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar course.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
Proven track record in utilizing creative recruitment techniques.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal relationship-building skills
High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
