RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - AUSTRALIAN CLIENT | WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support an Australian client with end-to-end recruitment activities.

Position: Recruitment Specialist

Client: Australian Client

Work Setup: 100% Work From Home

Shift

• 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM Philippine Time during Australian Daylight Saving Time (DST)
• 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Philippine Time outside DST
  
  

Work Schedule: 5 days per week

Salary: PHP 35,000 per month

Employment Setup: Independent Contractor

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through candidate endorsement
• Post and manage job advertisements
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the Australian client
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Support recruitment administration and compliance
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports

Qualifications:

• Previous Australian recruitment experience is highly preferred
• Strong international recruitment experience may also be considered
• Experience using JobAdder, SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or JobStreet
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
• Must be willing to work Philippine and Australian holidays when required
• Must be available to start immediately
